With a strong background in client services and administrative coordination, Grace supports both our clinical team and clients by overseeing scheduling, intake processes, therapist matching, and insurance billing.

Workplace Options – Employee Support Solutions (ESS) Program: acting as the main contact for contracted agencies, managing referrals, and ensuring streamlined coordination.
Home Study Program: supporting intake, document flow, and timely communication with clients and external stakeholders.
Parenting Reunification Program (PRP): facilitating scheduling and communication to support clinical delivery and legal coordination.
