Rebecca earned both her Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees from the University of Calgary, where she focused on Clinical Social Work and Trauma-Informed Practice. Over the years, she has worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and community settings, supporting individuals, families, and groups as they navigated life’s challenges.
Before moving into clinical practice, Rebecca spent more than a decade as a Community Social Worker. She’s also been a dedicated mind-body fitness instructor for over 18 years, bringing her belief in the powerful connection between physical movement and emotional healing into the way she supports her clients.
Rebecca’s approach to therapy is warm, inclusive, and grounded in each client’s strengths. She blends evidence-based practices—such as Trauma-Informed care, Somatic tools, DBT, Mindfulness, EFT, and Exposure-Based Therapy—with genuine curiosity and compassion. Whether someone is seeking immediate relief from a difficult season or working toward long-term resilience, Rebecca meets them where they’re at and walks alongside them with care and respect.
At her core, Rebecca values creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
