Her approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), strengths-based practice, and elements of mindfulness. She values meeting clients where they are, tailoring each session to align with their goals, pace, and personal values.
She has experience supporting adults facing concerns such as anxiety, depression,
stress, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional regulation. Pamela is particularly focused on helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a greater sense of balance and well-being.
